1. Acceptance
By using the DMH Drive website at dmhdrive.surf and booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are binding between you and DMH DRIVER LLC.
2. Reservations
Reservations confirmed upon acknowledgment. Changes accepted up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup. No-show or cancellation within 1 hour may incur full charge.
3. Pricing and Payment
Rates quoted at booking. Additional wait time, tolls, and gratuity may apply. Credit card charged after ride completion. Corporate accounts invoiced monthly, net 30.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must comply with vehicle capacity limits. No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol in vehicles. Damage caused by passengers is charged to the booking party.
5. Vehicle Substitution
DMH Drive reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class due to maintenance or operational needs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to the fare paid for the specific trip. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages including missed flights or appointments.
7. Governing Law
Governed by Ohio law. Disputes in Butler County, Ohio.
8. Changes
Terms may be modified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
